The Scheduling of Consults and Surgeries

• We schedule surgeries in the morning due to our patient’s fasting and consultations in the afternoon.
• We never double book surgeries in order to treat our patients safely.
• We never double-book consults so you can have ample one-on-one time with Dr. Jason or Dr. Anu Hullett.
• If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
• We tend to stay on schedule to minimize your wait time and we appreciate you being on time.

We provide technically sensitive surgical services and we respect varying levels of fear where sometimes extra TLC is needed and may lengthen the time allocated for a patient. Emergency walk-ins can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please make sure to bring your loved one who helps you make your decisions, plans your schedules, and helps you with your finances. We can efficiently schedule you with the help of your supporters.

Reminders

We confirm your consultation and surgery with a friendly reminder phone call, voicemail and email. 

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48 hours’ notice. We have reserved your surgery time specifically for you. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another person who may be patiently waiting. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

We will gladly waive the fee if you reschedule within two weeks. Your dentist relies on us to get your work done in a timely fashion so they can continue their work.
