Oral Surgery Appointment Scheduling
We schedule surgeries in the morning due to our patients fasting and consultations in the afternoon.
We tend to stay on schedule to minimize your wait time and we appreciate you being on time.
Due to the fact Drs. Jason and Anu Hullett provides technically sensitive surgical services and we respect varying levels of fear sometimes extra TLC is needed and may lengthen the time allocated for a patient. Emergency walk-ins can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please make sure to bring your loved one who helps you make your decisions, plans your schedules and helps you with your finances. We can efficiently schedule you with the help of your supporters.
We confirm your consultation and surgery with a friendly reminder phone call or voicemail. If you would like us to email you, just let us know!
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice. We have reserved your surgery time specifically for you. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another person who may be patiently waiting. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
We will gladly waive the fee if you reschedule within the two weeks. Your dentist relies on us to get your work done in a timely fashion so they can continue their work.
